Area Sales Person - Agricultural Machinery -Southern Ireland - €40,000 - €45,000 + Commission + Company Car

A well established business within the agricultural machinery and steel engineering sector is looking for an Area Sales Person to cover Southern Ireland. This field based role focuses on building customer relationships, developing new business and growing sales across an established territory. You'll promote a range of agricultural machinery and engineering products, work closely with existing and new customers, and conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and visits.

• Manage and develop sales across Southern Ireland
• Promote agricultural machinery and steel engineering products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth
• Carry out customer visits, meetings, and product demonstrations
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain high levels of customer service and after sales support
• Work towards agreed sales targets and business objectives

• Previous experience in field sales or area sales
• Background within agriculture, machinery, engineering, or a related industry beneficial
• Good understanding of agricultural machinery or engineering products advantageous
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Self motivated with a commercial and customer focused approach
• Able to manage diary and territory independently
• Full driving licence essential
• Practical, reliable and comfortable working independently

• Salary €40,000- €45,000 DOE
• Company car provided
• Uncapped commission structure

  All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2 or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
