Working for this brand-leading manufacturer within the heating sector, you will be selling a range of Domestic Boilers and Heat Pumps / Renewables. You will target National & Independent Plumbers Merchants / Installers - Key Merchants include Grahams, City Plumbing, Wolseley, UKPS.

Areas:

• Area 1: BS, TA
• Area 2: BA, SN, SP

Both regions are vacant due to internal promotions.

Expectations of the role:

• Consistently grow and sustain the Advance one-off installer loyalty program, engaging actively with claiming installers to meet and exceed set targets for sales, loyalty registrations, and training participation.
• Expand market share within assigned postcodes by increasing brand visibility through merchant engagement, installer and merchant events, and activity across social media channels.
• Ensure installers are registered, receive relevant training communications, and attend both online and in-person training sessions at designated training centres.
• Utilise reporting tools to identify Advance installers who are either downtrading or uptrading, and investigate the underlying reasons for performance shifts.
