Area Sales Manager (Scotland)

Willerby is proud of its legacy as the UK's largest manufacturer of holiday homes and lodges, with a history of growth from a small village operation to a sprawling 90-acre site in Hull. We design practical and beautiful homes for parks across the UK and internationally.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to cover Scotland, ideally with a passion for holiday homes. The key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets within the area.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting our products.
3. Identifying market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies.
4. Providing product knowledge and sales training to customers' staff.
5. Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
6. Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, market conditions, and feedback.
7. Collaborating with marketing to develop promotional campaigns.
8. Working with the Customer Care team to ensure excellent after-sales service.
9. Staying informed on industry developments and trends.

About You

You should have a proven sales track record, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships. You need to be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with CRM systems, CPQ software, and spreadsheets are beneficial. Willingness to travel extensively within the area is essential.
