Job Description

T-T Pumps Ltd, one of the UK's market-leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their external sales teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales, generating new opportunities and partnerships across the Midlands.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Identify customers, markets and areas to build sales growth
  • Ensure profitable sales that satisfy company goals and targets
  • Promote all divisions of T-T
  • Maximise efficient coverage of the area
  • Carefully plan client visits and work load to effectively control time and cost
  • Preparation of sales reports via CRM
  • Maintain and maximise use of CRM
  • Efficient feedback to internal team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Maintain close client contact building rapport and customer loyalty
  • Identify training needs to assist your career progression
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Midlands

  • Be flexible to the requirements of the business
  • Observe and maintain the company's Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.

PERSON SPECIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ TRAINING
  • Good standard of English and Maths - Essential
Knowledge
  • General understanding of engineering principles - Desirable
  • Knowledge of the industry - Desirable
  • Understanding of pumps, pipework and applications - Desirable
  • Understanding of pressure pipe systems and fittings - Desirable
Experience
  • Experience of working in a similar role - Essential
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) - Essential
