Area Sales Manager

Overview

CareerWise Recruitment are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager. Role focuses on driving B2B sales and providing technical solutions for industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems across the Munster region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial and industrial contracts across the Munster region.
• Manage and grow existing client portfolios, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Advise clients on custom, energy-efficient refrigeration and air conditioning integrated solutions.
• Work closely with internal design, project, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and commissioning.

Requirements

• Proven technical sales or project engineering experience within the HVAC, industrial refrigeration, or chiller sectors.
• Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers across multiple functions.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and solution-selling capability.
• Self-starter with the drive to build and grow a regional territory.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
