Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Area Sales Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing an existing customer base while also identifying new business opportunities . If you thrive in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment and have a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service , we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving Sales & Growth - Manage a portfolio of brands, securing both new and repeat business.
  • Building Customer Relationships - Be a trusted advisor, matching products/services to customer needs.
  • Managing the Full Sales Cycle - From lead generation to demos, finance solutions, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Representing Ben Burgess - Attend customer-focused events and ensure every interaction is first-class.
  • Collaborating with Teams - Work closely with finance, marketing, and depot managers to maximise opportunities.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven sales experience , ideally in high-value equipment (£100k+ unit price).
  • Agricultural industry knowledge (preferred but not essential-full training provided!).
  • A results-driven individual with a strong track record in sales success.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills with a professional approach.
  • Tech-savvy mindset - experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work extended hours when needed.
  • Seasonal & Weekend Availability - Weekend and harvest availability will be required to meet customer demands.
