Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a regional sales team across Scotland. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, coaching field-based sales professionals, and establishing strong customer relationships within the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of farming and rural communities, combined with leadership skills and a successful sales background.

Our client is a reputable organization in the livestock and agricultural services industry, known for quality products and excellent service. The role is field-based with occasional travel within Scotland and potential overseas visits.

• Strong agricultural background, personal or professional
• Experience managing a sales or field team
• Self-motivated, adaptable, flexible
• Full UK driving license

• Basic salary circa £50,000 DOE
• Bonus circa £15,000
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service
