The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to develop and grow our customer base across Dublin and the wider Leinster region. This is a field-based role focused on building strong client relationships and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct regular client visits and site meetings
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales
• Work closely with depot and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and provide regular sales reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in a field-based B2B sales role
• Background in plant hire, tool hire, construction, or a related industry (preferred)
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Full, clean driving licence
