Area Sales Manager About Your New Employer

A global provider of premium solutions in the building industry are growing their team. You will seek out projects via contractors/architects as well as managing a distribution network for your product portfolio in the construction industry.

About Your New Job

• Identify key decision makers within main contractors and architect groups to identify opportunities for our products in large projects
• You will present a solution that focuses on waterproofing and sealant
• Work with a distribution network of builder merchants on the supply of product to the market
• Develop long lasting relationships with multisite clients to secure projects year on year
• Work with key partners on delivery of solutions and engage internal teams to manage schedules
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums so you can increase brand awareness

What Skills You Need

• 3 years selling construction products used in commercial and domestic building
• Network across the country in builder merchant groups advantageous
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

• A basic salary of €50-60k
• €10-15k in commission
