WANTED! An effective and experienced Estate Agency Area Sales & Lettings Manager is required to oversee operations across residential sales and lettings across South East London and Kent: managing multiple branches, leading teams, and ensuring excellent client service.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales & Lettings Manager to lead multiple branches and help with the development of the local sales and lettings teams.

Our client is looking for candidates who have strong experience in either Residential Sales or in Residential Lettings at a managerial level but who is ready to step into a more senior position.

You will focus on driving sales and lettings growth, winning instructions, and supporting teams to maximise performance and client satisfaction and be an integral and pivotal part of a growing, recognised independent brand.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
  • Lead sales and lettings operations across assigned branches
  • Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and applicants
  • Support and guide branch teams to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to increase market share
  • Deliver high standards of customer service throughout the sales and lettings process
  • Coach staff in sales and lettings processes to enhance results
  • Report on team performance and pipeline to senior management
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
  • Proven experience in residential sales and lettings
  • Strong record in valuations and winning instructions
  • Branch management experience or team leadership advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident in motivating and supporting teams
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Professional, polished, and credible approach with clients
