L3 EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
- Ensure children are supported to achieve their learning and development goals
- Plan enriching activities inline with the EYFS

- Work in collaboration with Nursery Manager and colleague to deliver high quality care and education
- Adhere to safeguarding processes at all time
Salary: £22,568.00 - £26,436.00
THIRD IN CHARGEWe are currently recruiting for a qualified L3 Third in Charge to join our team to cover maternity leave, with the potential to continue with employment post 12 months.

As Third in Charge, you will hold the following leadership & management responsibilities assisting the Nursery Manager and Deputy on a daily basis:
- Supporting with the opening and closing of the nursery
- Coaching, mentoring and guiding the staff team - sharing and monitoring best practice
- Assisting the management team to achieve KPI's
- Liaising with external agencies as and when directed by the Nursery Manager
- Holding additional responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the EYFS, Birth to Five, COEL and safeguarding to ensure that all children receive the highest possible standards of care and education.
Salary: £26,852.80
DEPUTY NURSERY MANAGERIf you are looking to elevate your management career in Early Years?

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Implement early childhood education curriculum that promote learning and development.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring and guiding nursery staff members.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for administrative tasks and record-keeping.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of childcare services.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience of working in a senior role
- Sound working knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted legislation and regulation, Birth to Five
- Well-versed in dealing with Safeguarding related concerns that might arise
- Excellent communicational, interpersonal and leadership skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary: £28,080.00
AREA MANAGERThe ideal candidate will travel daily to multiple sites across the West Midlands to lead teams, develop strategic plans, and drive business growth. This role requires strong management skills, leadership qualities, and a focus on process improvement to ensure operational excellence and profitability.
Duties
- Lead and supervise multiple teams to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business opportunities within each locality.
- Oversee occupancy, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Drive business development initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing parents.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor management performance, set targets, and support the nursery teams in achieving their Ofsted objectives.
- Foster a positive work environment by providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and Ofsted standards.
Skills
- Strong management and supervisory experience in Early Years with proven leadership capabilities
- Excellent strategic planning and business development skills
- Proficiency in marketing strategies
- Effective project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies to optimize operations
- Strong customer service acumen with the ability to motivate teams toward achieving occupancy targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and lead change initiatives effectively
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within an early years setting is essential - minimum 4 years required.
Qualifcations:
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is required at L3 or above.
- GCSE Maths grade 4+ or Level 2 Functional Skills (or willing to complete within 2 years)
- GCSE English grade 4+ or Level 2 Functional Skills
Salary: £35,360.00 - £37,440.00 per annum
Interview Process:
- 1st stage: Face to face Interview
- 2nd stage: Work Trial
All positions are full time working between 36-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 7.30am-6.00pm.
