Area Manager

• Manage, coach, and develop your team.
• Be the first point of contact for our clients in the region and build lasting relationships.
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and optimization of a pool of temporary workers to meet client demands effectively.
• Be accountable for achieving regional KPIs, including metrics such as the number of active workers, hours worked, attrition rates, and absenteeism.
• Operate and make decisions effectively on both operational and tactical levels to drive regional success and meet strategic objectives.

Job Requirements:

• A natural leader who knows how to inspire people and provide direction. Strong communication skills and a professional presence: you are a reliable sparring partner for clients and colleagues.
• Stress-resistant, flexible, and accustomed to working in a hectic environment.
• Able to prioritize and create structure.
• Customer- and employee-focused mindset while balancing business interests.
• Expertise in the field; leadership experience in the staffing industry is preferred
• HBO-level education or equivalent work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
