Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking applications from Architectural Technologists with BIM experience to join our Belfast studio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of carefully crafted projects across the UK and Ireland including Public Buildings, Heritage and Housing.

The position may suit either an experienced candidate or a someone at an earlier stage of their career who is ambitious and seeking to work in an office with a focus on architectural quality.

• taking responsibility for producing detailed design and construction documentation and specifications in BIM format
• working concurrently on several projects at various stages of development
• ensuring technical and regulatory compliance
• support project delivery through close collaboration with colleagues, consultants, and contractors
• contribute to job-running and project coordination duties across the office
• contribute to the implementation and maintenance of BIM standards across the office

You will be highly motivated with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience with either REVIT or Archi-CAD is desirable - but not essential for the right candidate.
