About Your New Job- As an Architectural Technician, you will produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation using Revit across a variety of projects.
- Collaborate closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust and creative design solutions.
- Take responsibility for assigned project tasks, demonstrating initiative and managing your own workload.
- Participate in site visits and contribute to site coordination as required.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Enjoy opportunities to grow within the role, taking on increasing responsibility and developing new technical skills.
- 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in a technical architectural role.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential, with strong technical drawing and documentation skills.
- Experience working on site and understanding of construction processes.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and manage workload efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and standards.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a dynamic team environment.
- Salary: €42,000 to €55,000 depending on experience.
