Job Description
Architectural Technician 
Our client is a leading global EPCM company with worldwide operations and projects across Ireland. They are currently seeking Architectural Technician to join their team.
Responsibilities- Execute architectural design tasks across multiple engineering disciplines using 2D/3D integrated design platforms.
- Conduct quality reviews of 2D/3D models and architectural deliverables.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
- Maintain high proficiency and efficiency in Revit.
- Have knowledge of local permitting requirements, building regulations, and health & safety legislation.
- Complete architectural and design work to produce construction documents in collaboration with a team of architects, engineers, and designers.
- Prepare design packages in Revit under the guidance of a Senior Architect.
- Coordinate and collaborate in real time with other disciplines such as mechanical, structural, electrical, and process engineering to develop designs.
- Adhere to quality standards and CAD/BIM guidelines.
- Provide technical support and assistance to architects as needed.
- Apply judgment in developing design plans or alternatives, ensuring high quality outputs.
- Conduct field activities, including surveys and design verification.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on a project by project basis.
- 5+ years of design experience.
- Experience in the semiconductor or large scale industrial sector is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong architectural design experience in industrial or advanced technology projects.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of architectural design standards and building regulations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, clients, and vendors at all levels.
- Experience with Revit and BIM is desirable.
- Experience with Navisworks is a plus.
