I'm searching for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a friendly and creative studio in Waterloo. The team has a diverse portfolio, with projects spanning commercial, residential and workplace sectors. The practice offers hybrid working and is excited for a motivated Architectural Technician to join the team.

Key Requirements:

• Several years' UK-based practice experience
• Strong residential sector background preferred
• Proficiency in Vectorworks and Revit
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
• A practical, proactive approach to problem solving
• Confident communicator with team collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations and construction
• Provide detailed technical input during design development
• Coordinate documentation and compliance with current standards
• Work across a range of residential and commercial projects
• Potential to take on site-based responsibilities and project running
