Key Responsibilities of an Architectural Technician
Produce high-quality planning application drawings, renderings, and visualisations.
Assist in preparing planning applications, design & access statements, and related documents.
Present concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Undertake building and land surveys and conduct design reviews.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and report to senior leadership.
Manage workload efficiently, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

What They're Looking For inan Architectural Technician
An architectural undergraduate qualification, ideally with planning-related modules.
A minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally including 12 months in the private sector.
Proven ability to create attractive, accurate planning drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential; experience with Adobe Suite and Photoshop is highly desirable.
Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
A keen eye for detail, design flair, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Salary & Benefits
£32,000 - £35,000
