Architect / Senior Architect

LB Design Recruitment is working with a leading architectural practice known for delivering high-quality new build projects, refurbishments and conversions. This medium-sized practice has a growing portfolio and is now seeking talented Architects or Senior Architects to join their expanding team.

We're looking for individuals with strong design and technical expertise, ideally with at least 5 years post-Part III experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and mixed-use masterplanning projects, ranging from one-off country houses of exceptional quality to multiple-home developments and large, mixed-use schemes.

• Minimum 5 years' experience post-Part III qualification
• Proficient in either Vectorworks or Revit (both preferred)
• Experience in masterplanning and residential design
• Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Experience in Twinmotion and Photoshop - desirable but not essential
• Strong technical construction detailing and project management skills - desirable but not essential

Positions are initially available on a 6-month contract, with the potential to become permanent. The main studio is located in Winchester, within walking distance of the train station and offers on-site parking. The practice also operates a satellite office in Newbury.
