Architect / Project Manager MPQ Draftsperson

We are looking for a talented and meticulous Architect/Project Manager - MPQ (M/F) to join our team. Architect/Project Manager MPQFunctions:- Support in calculating EG offers or price increases/decreases in the context of execution according to company guidelines.- Manage teams from the pre-project phase to construction, closely collaborating with the construction project manager: definition and variations.- Draft submissions and final call for tenders for contractors while proposing to various project partners.- Manage relations with authorities and the MoG.- Guarantee and implement a project schedule, planning, construction specifications, and cost descriptions.- Ensure the economic and financial monitoring of your project.- Compliance with deadlines and quality in execution.- Lead the internal and external execution and project team.- Ensure the safety and environmental standards of the project.- Receive the work until any reservations are lifted.Profile of the architect (HES - EPFL):- A confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within a general contractor in Switzerland applied to similar projects, with a strong expertise.- Good knowledge of SIA standards, AEAI, and occupational safety regulations. Solid knowledge of major construction work, building envelopes, and architectural bodies.- Manage projects by setting priorities for your team and being dynamic, responsive.- Ability to handle a high workload.- Entrepreneurial thinking and action.- Resourceful and proactive.- Team spirit.- Mastery of costs, deadlines, and high-quality execution.- Ability to assert oneself and ease of oral and written communication.- Advising and supporting clients in the construction process.- Proficiency in office software, design software, cost analysis, and project management tools (Messerli, MS Project, AutoCAD ).Required experience:- Hold a degree in architecture HES, EPF, or equivalent.- Experience of 5 years in a similar position in Switzerland.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or REVIT as well as usual tools.- In-depth knowledge of Swiss regulations and standards.- Fluent in French, both written and spoken.- Excellent autonomy, with attention to detail.- Swiss citizenship or a valid work permit. jidb746f6eaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
