Architect / BIM Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architect with strong BIM leadership skills to join our team in Monaghan

The successful applicant will have a minimum of five years' post-Part 3 experience, advanced Revit expertise and a proven ability to manage BIM processes across architectural projects. The role combines architectural project delivery with responsibility for developing our BIM standards, supporting project teams and promoting best practice across the studio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation and coordination across multiple projects
• Develop and maintain Revit templates, content libraries and practice standards
• Prepare and oversee BIM Execution Plans, model protocols and project workflows
• Coordinate architectural models with consultants and other disciplines
• Conduct model audits, clash detection and quality-control reviews
• Ensure models meet agreed information requirements and quality standards
• Provide Revit training, technical guidance and troubleshooting support
• Promote efficient and consistent BIM working practices across the studio
• Monitor BIM standards, industry developments and emerging technologies
• Contribute to architectural design, technical delivery and project management

Skills and experience

• Architect with a minimum of five years' post-Part 3 experience
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and extensive BIM project experience
• Proven experience managing BIM processes, standards and multidisciplinary coordination
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 principles and information-management workflows
• Experience with model auditing and coordination tools such as Navisworks
• Excellent design, technical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction processes
• Confidence in training and supporting colleagues at different levels of BIM experience
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach
