Arcade Attendant (Casual)

Salary: Up to £ 1 2.21 per hour depending on age

• Assist customers to use the gaming machines in the main complex and games room.

Assisting guests with the contactless card payment system - returning any credit to guests on the card for use or providing complimentary credits.

Explain operation of games to customers.

Listen to customer complaints and assist with solutions.

Perform minor repairs and replace parts.

Notify maintenance of any maintenance issues.

Observe guest's behaviour and ensure orderliness, ask disruptive guests to leave.

Record machine malfunctions and repairs for compliance.

Ensure the safety of staff and other guests in and around the games room.

Empty bins and litter picking.

Follow covid 19 guidance - clean touch points and enforce social distancing.

Arranging periodic inspections.

Stock control using the company's stock control system, allocating stock to areas correctly.

Removing obstructions such as bent coins or foreign material from coin acceptors.

Observe machine operation to determine whether malfunctions are present.

Using keys to access machines and storing keys securely when not in use.
