• Handle arbitration cases
• Investment and commercial arbitration
• Provide insightful, trustworthy legal advice to clients
• Prepare and draft legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various complex issues
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsels
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Stay up-to-date with current regulations and laws in the business services industry

The Successful Applicant

A successful Arbitration Associate should have:

• A law degree from a recognised university
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 2-4 years qualified
• Practical experience in arbitration within the business services industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle complex legal issues
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Commitment to professional ethics and maintaining confidentiality
