- Handle arbitration cases
- Investment and commercial arbitration
- Provide insightful, trustworthy legal advice to clients
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various complex issues
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsels
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Stay up-to-date with current regulations and laws in the business services industry

The Successful Applicant
A successful Arbitration Associate should have:
- A law degree from a recognised university
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 2-4 years qualified
- Practical experience in arbitration within the business services industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle complex legal issues
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commitment to professional ethics and maintaining confidentiality
