Responsibilities

Main duties:
Identify prospects and assist current students

The Role:
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing students
- Offer students guidance and advise throughout the course enrolment process
- Convert prospects into students
- Work towards quality-based targets and KPIs
- Data inputting for internal reports and accurate student database

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in Arabic (both written and verbally) - Mandatory
- Also fluent in French - Ideal
- Previous experience sales or business development - Required
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Driven candidate with positive attitude
- IT literate including CRM
