Apprenticeship Team Leader (Worthing Leisure Centre/Davison Leisure Centre) Job Reference: Job Description

Our successful applicant will report into the Senior Duty Manager & Operations Manager and be responsible for supervising the day to day running of across Worthing Leisure Centre /Davison Leisure Centre and all activities within the facility. You will be working as part of a small, friendly team dedicated to ensuring all our customers satisfaction. You will and be expected to assist in the setting up of various activities and ensure that cleanliness, safety, and great customer experience is maintained throughout the facility.

You are 18 to 24 years old and looking for a career in Leisure, to make money whilst learning new skills and gaining a recognised qualification. You will need five GCSEs at Grade C or higher and not already be in full time work.

• 12-18 months to complete
• 1 day in college, the rest gaining real experience with the best teams
