Apprenticeship Progress Coach - Mentoring & Outcomes

Loughborough College Group is seeking two Apprenticeship Review Coaches to join the apprenticeship team. You will work across all college sites and apprenticeship workplaces, supporting apprentices throughout their learning journey and ensuring timely progress toward qualifications.

You will coach, mentor, track performance, liaise with employers, and enable learners to reach their full potential, alongside Trainer Assessors and Lecturers.
