Job Title: Apprenticeship Performance Manager

Location: Home / Field based (Must be flexible with travel)

Salary: £35,000

Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Health and Social Care Assessors, to achieve: sustained high performance, qualityof delivery and businessgrowth in line with our client's standards and Apprenticeshipstrategy.
• Carry out regular observations and reviews of activity, coaching and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.
• Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI's, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.
• Develop and nurture your team, carry out regular performance reviewsandensure team targets are met and/or exceeded.
• Support in the recruitment process for new team members.
• Addressunder-performanceand set out clear corrective actions for improvement.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have at least 2 years' experience ofperformancemanaging a team of Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Assessors.
• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Proven record of achieving KPIs and working to budget forecasts.
• Strong administrative and organisationalskills.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle
• Must be flexible with travel.
