Summary

Apprentice Teaching Assistant Level 3 - 2 posts available. We are looking for hard working and skilled teaching assistants to support year group teams, help children in class, and run appropriate interventions. This part time role (30 h per week) includes 5 hours per week of apprenticeship coursework.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of year group teams to support children in class.
  • Run appropriate interventions for pupils.
  • Attend school hours from 08:45 to 15:25 with a lunch break.
  • Complete Level 3 teaching assistant apprenticeship coursework during working hours.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Desirable Qualifications
    • Maths & English
    • Any relevant qualifications that may be useful for the role
  • Essential Experience
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to work as a team or independently
  • Desirable Experience
    • Previously worked with children or volunteered with children
  • Have a genuine desire to work with children of all levels and abilities.
  • Are enthusiastic and hard working.
  • Can foster positive relationships through excellent communication.
  • Can work independently or as part of a team on own initiative.
  • Are flexible and adaptable.
