Summary

An apprentice Level 3 Teaching Assistant is required to join our hardworking and dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide quality learning opportunities and support that develops the whole child, sharing our values based approach to education which enables pupils to acquire a wide range of knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and school leaders in working with children to support the education, personal and social development of pupils and establishing positive relationships to assist in structured learning activities.
• Assist in learning activities, produce learning resources and support pupils' learning development.
• Undergo induction and internal on the job training, and log the appropriate level of off the job training supported by a workplace mentor.
• Undergo an online search as part of due diligence in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025.

Essential Qualifications

• Mandatory functional skills assessments prior to enrolment onto the apprenticeship.

Desirable Qualifications

• GCSE pass in Maths and English.
