Salary - Depending on Experience

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 1 Saturday per month 10am - 2pm

Flexibility and adaptability are paramount, as you will be expected to support not only the property management team but also assist other departments as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Uploading Files onto the System
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants daily
  • Arranging quotations for maintenance issues and instructing works
  • Processing Invoices
  • Renewing Tenancy Agreements
  • Renewing Tenancy Deposits Certificates
  • Arranging Compliance with Contractors
  • Referencing tenants
  • Arranging Management Inspections
  • Following up on Property Visits
  • Uploading date onto our system
  • Ability to work under pressure within a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to multi-task
