Apprentice IT Technician

Responsibilities Participate in and assist with the setup of workstations and peripherals Contribute to the installation and commissioning intended for users or clients Learn to perform system and software updates Assist the team in providing technical support both on-site and remotely Gradually take responsibility for simple support interventions for resolving common technical incidents, with the guidance of a mentor and contribute to network infrastructure maintenance Get acquainted with server management (e.g., file servers) Participate in testing systems and software before their deployment Learn to verify the proper functioning of systems and data supports Train on good security practices and apply them daily Contribute to the writing of simple documentation (guides, notices, bulletins) to support staff in tools and peripheral devices Improve skills on new tools and software, with support from the team. We are looking for a motivated and curious individual, with the following: Strong interest in technology and acquiring new skills in IT and logic Ability to work in a team and communicate analytical skills and problem-solving ability Proficiency in French, with knowledge of English or German as an asset. Requirements or equivalent schooling.
