Job Description
Volvo Group in Dunstable is offering an Apprentice Service Advisor (CSR) position. This 12 month apprenticeship includes an EPA period and blends online learning with in-centre assessments.
You will support front-of-house customer service tasks, learn communication and problem-solving, and liaise with workshop teams to ensure smooth service experiences. On completion, opportunities within Renault Trucks and Volvo Group await.
