We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Compliance Officer to join our team in North Leigh.

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Compliance Officer to join our friendly Compliance team in North Leigh, just outside of Witney, Oxfordshire . This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is keen to learn about compliance, risk, and regulatory work in a supportive and encouraging environment.

You don't need previous compliance experience - we're looking for the right attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong eye for detail.

A commitment to complete an apprenticeship is required, which will involve attending weekly workshops online, completing coursework and an end project.

This role is full-time and based in the office.

• Support the Compliance team with day-to-day tasks
• Help review internal and external communications such as emails, calls, and CRM usage
• Help identify patterns or unusual activity
• Create and update spreadsheets, reports, and records
• Work with colleagues across different departments to support compliance activities
• Assist with compliance training and learning activities

• Good attention to detail and an organised approach to work
• An interest in compliance, risk, or regulatory work
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop new skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Previous experience in a regulated environment or the vehicle leasing industry is not required, as full training will be provided.
