Apprentice Commis Chef: Learn Professional Cookery

Heritage Portfolio, part of Sodexo Live!, is offering an Apprentice Commis Chef role at Edinburgh venues. You will learn to prepare, cook and present high-quality food while gaining an industry-recognised qualification.

No prior experience required; you will work toward the Chef Modern Apprenticeship SCQF Level 5, with a 12-month programme and a Diploma at SCQF Level 5. You will train in a professional kitchen across leisure, hospitality and events.
