X SA is looking for an Apprentice Commercial Employee CFCYour general tasks include- Welcoming and handling internal and external contacts (telephone and reception)- Taking calls, taking notes, and transmitting information- Writing, managing, formatting, and updating documents (letters, emails, documents)- Filing and archiving physical and digital documents- Managing incoming and outgoing mailMarketing- Updating the website- Researching hotels, transportation, and restaurants- Managing corporate events- Designing posters and flyersFinance- Processing and entering incoming invoices- Handling mail- Reviewing bank statements and controlling payment remindersSupply Chain and Customer Service- Managing orders for shipments in Switzerland and abroad- Inventory management- Unpacking expired products- Placing and following up with suppliers and subcontractors- Managing and archiving orders- A range of requests related to logistical supportYour profile:- A degree at the end of your schooling or you are nearing the completion of your schooling- A genuine desire to undertake a commercial apprenticeship for 3 years in the medical device industry- Proficiency in software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Comfort in contact with people- Good sense of initiative and autonomy- A conscientious, reliable, motivated person eager to learn- Very good level of French, both spoken and written.
