Role Requirements

To serve an apprenticeship whilst receiving training / mentoring in order to machine components to a very high standard to satisfy customer quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture components from engineering drawings, whilst working within company Quality and HSE procedures.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Maintain 5S standards set by the company at all times.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Problem solving.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

• Follow and execute the training plan set by the company / college.
• Achieve milestones set by the company / college in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 GCSE's including Math or Science.
• Any additional qualifications would be desirable.
