London South East Colleges is seeking to recruit an Apprentice Chef de Partie to work within BR6 restaurant at our Orpington Campus. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the culinary field. ResponsibilitiesThe Apprentice will support the kitchen operation for BR6, a sixty-cover restaurant as well as the connected Bakehouse and Terrace area, with direct line management of the Head Chef and senior kitchen team.
The Apprentice will work flexibly within a team environment and will be allocated a range of duties and responsibilities.
