DNG O'Connor Finn is currently seeking an organised, proactive, and customer focused Operations Manager to join our growing team.

Ideal Candidate

• Be motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking
• Have a Full Clean Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
• Holding a PSRA licence is an advantage but not essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory
• Those who have just commenced or recently completed a property-related course are highly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Be flexible to cover appointments outside normal working hours between our Kildare & Dublin offices
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring excellent communication, efficient handling of maintenance and compliance matters, and the smooth running of operational and property management functions
• Support and oversee the property management team to ensure tasks are actioned effectively and high service standards are maintained
• Act as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors and service providers
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections, and ensure properties and operational processes are managed professionally and efficiently at all times
