Hours of Work: 08:15 - 17:15 Monday to Thursday, 708:15 - 17:00 Friday
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Apprentice Administrator to join our team in Loughborough. You will be responsible for the processing of paperwork and dealing with customer queries in a timely manner. You will also be fielding and directing customer queries to the relevant individual/department and dealing with them if admin related. Processing of departmental paperwork to designated deadlines will also be expected.
What you'll be doing as an Apprentice Administrator- Ensuring the accurate and proficient maintenance of filing systems
- Fielding queries in a professional and efficient manner, and thereafter relay the queries to the relevant team member
- Helping to resolve invoice queries
- Accurate data input
- Supporting the Designers and the Departmental Management Team
- IT/Microsoft Office
- Customer Service
- Dealing with Complaints
- Proof Reading
- Call Handling Experience
- Note Taking/Time Management
