Job Description
Role Overview

Working as a Customer Care Administrator Apprentice, you will handle general administrative tasks, including customer communication and order processing. This apprenticeship offers full training and may lead to a permanent role as a Commercial Co ordinator within the Customer Care Team.

Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Process stock enquiries, quotations and orders.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries while providing excellent customer service.
  • Apply sales strategies, brand management and company procedures.
  • Develop and operate various computer software packages related to the role.
Qualifications
  • GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C / 4.
  • Aptitude for customer service.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Reliable and motivated, with an eagerness to learn.
  • Enthusiastic to develop new skills.
Training and Career Path

Level3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard - 15months, including 10days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. Supported every 6weeks by visits from a PETA Learning & Development Coach. Successful completion may result in a full time permanent position as a Commercial Co ordinator.
