We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to connect with local businesses and introduce them to our transformative membership benefits. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for supporting local businesses, and a proven track record in tele sales or appointment setting. With a growing client base and massive expansion potential, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging outreach via phone calls to business owners, understanding their challenges, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Make a minimum of 300 calls per day using an auto-dialer system, with a goal of securing one conversion every other day.
- Build trust and strong relationships with potential clients, positioning our membership as a valuable business solution.
- Set appointments for sales representatives by effectively communicating the value and exclusive benefits of our services.
- Meet and exceed targeted conversion rates, contributing to the company's growth and expansion.
- Passion for Local Business: A strong desire to help businesses thrive and grow.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage and connect with prospects over the phone.
- Proven Sales & Appointment Setting Experience: Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated: Ability to meet daily call quotas and conversion targets.
