Appointment Setter - High Commission Salary: Commission-based

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our Managing Director. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential. We would expect our 'setters' to earn over £60k, even as interns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads
• Cold call and email potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments
• Follow up with leads and maintain a database of potential clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of appointments
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with potential clients
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients
• Keep accurate records of all appointments and activities
• Continuously improve appointment-setting strategies and techniques to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Must be fluent in British English
