Applications Operations Engineer

On behalf of HSE, we are looking for an Applications Operations Engineer (Inside IR35) for a 8 week contract based Remotely.

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.

As an Applications Operations Engineer, your main responsibilities will be:
. Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and configuration.
. Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting for automation and configuration tasks.
. Solid understanding of M365 security, compliance, and governance.
. Experience in change management and delivering user-focused implementations.
. Ability to analyze complex technical environments and design effective solutions.
. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Essential:
. M365 experience
. M365 administration experience
. PowerShell experience
