Applications Manager - Law Firm - £90k
London
3 days per week in office

My prestigious legal client is looking for an experienced Applications Manager to take ownership of their application suite (including their document management system) and lead a team of Application Specialists

Required Skills/Experience:

- Lead a team of Application Specialists
- Provide an escalation service to the Service Desk and End Users
- Manage and optimise the application portfolio to align with business needs and strategy
- Assess application performance and usage
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and deliver results within set timelines.
- Experience in scaling DevOps functions and implementing robotics and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate
- Ability to train and support staff in the adoption and use of new technologies and processes.
