Applications Engineering Lead - Build Dashboards & APIs

Reflection's Applications team builds dashboards, admin tools, and self-serve experiences that connect Reflection to customers. As Applications Lead you will mentor a team of full-stack engineers, shape technical strategy, and contribute as an individual when needed.

You'll work across UI, API, and auth, collaborate with research, platform, and product, and drive reliable, scalable solutions in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment.
