Application Support Engineer

We have partnered with an Award-Winning Tech Consultancy who are looking for a Application Support Analyst to join their team.
Reporting to the 3rd Line Team Leader you will be managing escalated issues as well as identifying, investigating and resolving problems with critical custom healthcare systems that use leading edge Microsoft Azure technologies.
Responsibilities
Take responsibility and ownership of assigned incidents and manage through to permanent resolution, communicating professionally to customers
Field and manage technical customer issues via phone, chat, email, and remote web sessions
Ensure the stability, performance and efficiency of complex systems that may not have a GUI
Provide out of hours support on a rota basis. It may also include out of hours shift work
Recommend improvements that enables and drives client performance or cost effectiveness
Engage with Development, QA and Product teams in bringing cases to resolution and providing a voice for our customers
Create technical documentation that can be referenced by peers as formal processes and procedures to follow while completing daily tasks
Leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to advance operational efficiency, automate routine processes, and provide innovative solutions within the 3rd line support environment.
