Application Manager (m/f/d) for professional fleet management software (SaaS)

Are you a problem solver with a passion for complex software solutions and excellent customer service? Do you love to dive deep into the subject matter and support customers in the optimal use of professional fleet management software? Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for a dedicated application manager to join our team and inspire our customers.

In this position, you will be the central point of contact for our customers who use our comprehensive fleet management software as a SaaS application. The inquiries are as diverse as the functions of our solution - from technical challenges to complex application issues.

At InNuce Solutions GmbH in Hamburg-Ottensen, we have been developing innovative cloud-based software for fleet management since 2004. As a market-leading provider, we enable our customers to manage their fleets web-based.

We are looking for full- or part-time support.

Your tasks with us
  • Answer complex customer inquiries
    You are the first point of contact for our customers, answering their very comprehensive inquiries precisely and providing helpful information. You will work closely with our development department.
  • Solve user problems
    You will independently identify and resolve problems that may arise while using our extensive software. This includes both technical difficulties and complex application issues to ensure that our customers can work smoothly.
  • Connecting & training new customers
    You ensure a smooth introduction to our systems when connecting new customers. This also includes detailed training sessions in which you explain the various functions and possibilities of our software to new users in an understandable way in order to optimize their introduction.
  • Creating specifications for further development
    You create precise specifications for development in order to continuously develop our application based on customer feedback and identified needs.
  • Create documentation & bug tickets
    You create comprehensive documentation that describes in detail both the use of our software and how to fix bugs. You will also systematically record technical problems in bug tickets and track their resolution.
  • Carry out software tests
    You systematically test our applications for functionality and user-friendliness. This allows you to identify potential errors at an early stage and ensure the quality of our software before it is released.

Your qualifications
  • Solution orientation and software affinity
    You take an analytical approach to problems, develop pragmatic solutions and have a quick grasp of new software and applications. Your enthusiasm for software enables you not only to support applications, but also to actively contribute to their further development.
  • Strong user orientation

    You understand the needs of users and strive to ensure optimal use of the applications. Your focus is on the continuous improvement of application functionality and user-friendliness.
  • Strong communication skills
    You have very good verbal and written communication skills that enable you to explain complex issues clearly and interact effectively with developers and users to maintain and improve the application in the best possible way.
  • Business fluent German and solid English skills
    You are business fluent in written and spoken German and have a solid command of English to master technical documentation and international communications.
  • Experience in fleet management or with ticket systems
    Knowledge in these areas can make familiarization easier and is a plus, as they often represent interfaces to the applications supported.
  • Experience in IT customer service
    Experience in IT customer service to ensure a smooth exchange with users during application support. However, the focus is on technical and functional support as well as the further development of the software.
