Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Application Manager to join our client's team in Zurich. This role focuses on ensuring stability, quality, and continuous improvement of application and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee incident and problem management while driving strong application life cycle practices
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams
- Manage day-to-day service operations and ensure delivery according to agreed SLAs and OLAs
- Analyse service metrics, propose optimizations, and implement efficiency and quality improvements
- Install and configure hardware and software where required, and application support
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior IT Service Owner, Application Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of IT governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
- Hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, installation, and configuration
- Proficiency in Unix and Windows Server environments
