Job Title: Senior Power Apps Developer

Experience: 6+ Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Apps Developer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and secure applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow).
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and external data sources.
• Create and manage Dataverse entities, relationships, and business rules.
• Develop custom connectors and use Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Provide support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing applications.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
• Proficient in Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.
• Experience with custom connectors, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions is a plus.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and OData.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-900) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Virtual Agents.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
• Exposure to governance and ALM in Power Platform environments.
