Job Description
Apple Practice Strategy Lead

The Apple Practice Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategic initiatives to enhance Presidio's Apple product sales and related services and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and execution of commercial strategies to accelerate Apple product sales and expand adoption of aligned Apple services and solutions, delivering measurable revenue growth.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for Apple products, services, and solutions, including driving targeted campaigns and demand generation initiatives and ensuring alignment with Apple's go to market programs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, marketing partners, and Apple stakeholders to maximize lead generation, accelerate pipeline growth, and deliver measurable ROI on marketing investments, ultimately contributing to increased revenue and market share across the Apple practice.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align Apple practice initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and manage relationships with aligned Apple resources and extended Apple teams.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with key Apple stakeholders and aligned Apple third party solution partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and innovations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of Apple practice initiatives and ensure ongoing optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Present strategic plans and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee the Apple Authorised Enterprise Reseller (AAER) partner requirements, ensuring compliance and training requirements are met and that the extended Apple team is knowledgeable and current.
Qualifications
  • Proven solution selling experience is required for this role within the Apple Practice, engaging customers by identifying business challenges, mapping them to Apple products, services, and integrated partner solutions, and positioning tailored outcomes that deliver measurable business value.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, influencing decision makers at all levels, and building long term relationships that drive recurring revenue and growth in Apple led engagements.
  • Strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem and its impact on the market.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • Proven experience in leading cross functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Technical knowledge of Apple hardware and software solutions, integration capabilities, and deployment best practices.
  • Project / program management skills, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Apple enterprise solutions or certifications (e.g., ACITP, ACSP).
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and deployment strategies for Apple devices.
  • Knowledge of third party tools and solutions that integrate with Apple ecosystems (e.g., JAMF, MDM solutions, IDAM - Okta, Entra ID).
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
  • Passion for Apple products and their role in business innovation.
  • Collaborative and team oriented attitude.
