API-Focused Technical Support Engineer

Stripe's Metronome team is hiring a technical support engineer to join the front lines, helping developers integrate with our APIs and resolve complex issues.

You will collaborate with engineering, customer success, solutions architecture, and growth teams, triage escalations, build internal tools and a robust knowledge base, and provide product feedback to influence the roadmap while delivering world class support to customers.
